7/1/2022 visit scheduled for EKG'Ultrasound of the heart. Tests went well and nurses were very efficient. After my test I was told Dr. Yunnus would be in to see me in about 5 min. After approximately 40 minutes waiting & no one advising me when the Dr. would be in I stopped a nurse in the hallway & asked how long before I would be seen. Nurse stated she would check with the Dr. and let me know. :No one ever came back so I approached two nurses in one of the rooms & told them I was going home. This was going on 5 p.m. and the office was completely dark as most workers were gone. I did get one call while I was driving & could not answer my phone (no text either). I have called many times but am put on hold sometimes for 25 min. Note: I arrived at my alloted time early and I at least deserve the respect of a follow up. Your office will cancel me if I am late for my appt. Not fair to leave someone just sitting in a room with 4 walls and not being updated. Client for many years.
