Nightmare!! Would not see me for consultation after scheduling, and sends in a P.A. that threatened me instead of explaining the procedure, says its not recommended, after threatening again "I won't be holding the knife", & "well, who knows what can happen in surgery" - Who says these things?

I just had a cervical spinal fusion with Dr. Smith. He was great, took is time, answered all of my questions. I didn't feel like he was in a hurry to finish the appointment. His PA and office staff were courteous and seemed to know what they were doing.
