Review of Dr. Patel

- |

Dr. Patel is uncaring and condescending. I had severe neck and arm pain, Dr. Patel diagnosed it as psychosomatic. I ended up having an MRI and it turns out I have a pinched nerve caused by disc degeneration. The office staff here is the worst I have experienced anywhere. After calling the office and leaving voicemails (because they do not answer the phone) five to ten times with no response, my doctor called them on my behalf. They didn't call my doctor back but instead Kelly called me to yell at me for having my doctor call, then refused to help with what I called for in the first place. The first time I showed up for my appointment the office was closed, no one showed up to open the office until 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. Even though I was the first appointment of the day I didn't get seen until an hour and a half after my appointment was supposed to start. That was the shortest wait time I have had at this office, the longest was over 2.5 hours.

Review of Dr. Filippi

????Excellent Patient Staff Member NATHAN was so helpful, kind and professional. He addressed every question I had regarding my care as a new patient of Dr Filippi. I had experienced some aggravating time with the phone system and a certain staff member in the beginning but Nathan assured me that they have a new system in place and the days of leaving a voice mail message and waiting for a call back has been rectified. As someone whose career has been in the customer service arena in one way or another it’s refreshing to come across someone who is very customer service oriented. Good job Nathan!

Review of Dr. Filippi

Dr. Filippi is very disrespectful of his patients personal time. On multiple occasions wait times exceeded 1.5 hours past the scheduled appointment time. On another occasion, after waiting several months for an appointment, my appointment was cancelled at the last minute by the doctor only to have to wait several more months for a new appointment. Find another doctor who is more respectful of your time.

I had to call four times to schedule a test he requested. On the day of the test his office canceled. I waited three months for my office visit with Dr. Phillipi. On the day of my appointment his office cancelled. I will look for a new Dr.

Review of Dr. Hardesty

-San Luis Obispo, CA |

While my patient experience has been good with him, the office experience is beyond bad. I called before today’s appointment because The last appointment I waited 1.5 hours. Today I called 1st and was told he was on time but there were a few patients before me. When I checked in was told by a less then friendly staff member “just so you know he is running quite late” I spoke to the office manager and he was sorry but it might be 40 minutes or so. Not worth the aggravation!

Review of Dr. Hardesty

Dr. Hardesty has been my husband's neurologist for the past 2 and 1/2 years, since he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Parkinsons. Dr. Hardesty spends close to an hour with us at each visit, and is always willing to listen to my concerns, and to explain things thoroughly. For that reason, there may be a prolonged wait to schedule and appointment, or for you to be seen on time. It's well worth the wait, however. Highly recommended.

Review of Dr. Masny

The front office does not answer phone and if you ask for a call back they never do call. It is hard to get an appointment in a timely manner. My appointment was canceled twice and redone for months later so I went 10 month without seeing Dr. felt like I was on this trip by myself.

Review of Dr. Hardesty

I am literally sitting here right now, I’m the office, a full hour and counting after my scheduled appointment was supposed to start. I don’t know about the quality of the Dr., so far, but the lack of organization, time management, and customer service is grossly underwhelming. Not a good start to a “professional” experience. I’m losing money every hour I wait, they get paid the same from my insurance. Not amused.

He’s a great doctor. He really checks soo many things to make certain he’s explored any possible thing that might cause your illness. He listens intently to everything the patient says and discuses the topic with you immediately. Highly recommend him.
