Rude, Unorganized, unprofessional, and all around uncomfortable. First no Dr. in specified because I have had 5 appointments and have seen a different one each time. Most times I schedule an appointment for something specific to be done only for it to be changed when I get to the appointment. This time, within 24 hours of the appointment, I was told that the rather invasive procedure I was getting and changed my entire life, my husband's life and work (which includes all of his employees, a job site, and multiple businesses to be delayed), and even my family's life, was not happening the next day. This is unacceptable. You need to trust your dr and clinic, who will be cutting into you, and how can you trust this a group this unorganized? They had even called to confirm at the beginning of the week. I am scared, confused, uncomfortable, and irate. It could have been easily avoided with an earlier phone call, now many people are negatively affected.
