I absolutely love Dr . Kong. My first oncologist almost killed me. She listened to my fears and recommended a treatment that I was able to handle. Always direct and professional. I never feel rushed during my appointment. Great bedside manor. I would and have highly recommended her.

Dr. Yates has been my oncologist for the past six years. He has been patient, kind, and generous with his time. I never feel rushed or minimized, he listens even when I go off topic. I appreciate his affect and am confident in his ability to diagnose and handle my cancer issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as a doctor who treats the patient, not the disease.

My dad had end stage lung cancer and Dr Mortazavi continued to encourage painful chemo and radiation, even though my dad was weak and the treatment would not have helped him. My dad was in pain throughout, and this Dr never wrote a prescription of pain meds properly, so the pharmacy couldn’t fill it. We had to take my dad to the ER for pain control meds. He did not honor my dad’s wishes for treatment and we feel he did a disservice to a dying man. Take your loved one elsewhere for treatment.

During my first visit with Dr. Yates, he took the time to listen, but also offered some sound and positive advice/outlook whilst remaining pragmatic. One of the things he did for me that I can never repay him for is pushing me straight away into banking sperm, and because of him, I have a beautiful 2.5 y/o that I might not have been able to have post chemo, radiation, and surgery. He is compassionate, and honest; listens and provides sound advise, not just medical jargon. Also shows he cares.

I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast cancer and needed to find an Oncologist to start treatment . My husband and I met with Dr. Kong . She spend a reasonable amount of time with us. She was aware I was looking for a doctor close to home and we talked about a treatment plan. I left two messages with her office assistant and spoke to her assistant a third time. When I spoke to her I left a message with questions for Dr. Kong. No response . No follow up. Glad I did not trust her with my treatment.

So frustrated. I called dr kings office because my mom was having chest pains. Sunny the office manager was so rude and disrespectful. We went through similar problems with my fathers care through this office. Whatever happened to simple human kindness and understanding for the elderly?

The doctor did not rush through my appointment. He took as much time as necessary. He asked me lots of questions and then allowed me to ask mine to. He made sure I understood what was going on. Also a nice man. he is very busy so appointments made far in advance.
