This doctor is a joke. He released my grandma from hospital know she has not eaten and is so malnutrition she only lasted a little over 12 hours before she had to be taken to ER by ambulance and have a feeding tube put in or she would not make it through the night. So I would not recommend anyone who cares for their family to see this poor excuse for a doctor. He does not make proper decisions.

Dr.Kammerman is one of the best doctors I have seen. He was very thorough.

Dr. Phung is the most outstanding ophthalmologist I have experienced in my 40 years of wearing eye correction. She is cheerful and patient while instilling a sense of trust and professionalism. I have had several appointments with her in the last few years and each time I have been thoroughly impressed.

Having been fortunate enough to work with Dr Pangilinan at Beale AFB and being a pt.as well having thyroid surgery for cancer performed by himself & Dr.Chandy with a very positive outcome. This doctor is very compassionate and takes his time to explain everything. My family loved meeting with him as he explained everything and he seem knowledgeable about what he was telling us. Great demeanor and seemed to enjoy taking time out of his day to talk to us. A bright light at Oroville Hospital.

I went to Dr. Cirillo for a biopsy of my bone for lymphoma. He was very compassionate. He explained everything to me. I understood everything. The biopsy did not hurt. He was kind enough to explain everything to my sister afterwards also. He has a great sense of humor and he made us feel very comfortable.
