Dr Creamer is rude, defensive, and incompetent She did incomplete blood tests to evaluate my condition & when questioned about it said insurance wouldn't pay for it. Flat out lied as had to consult another Dr who had no problem ordering these common tests. She doesn't listen or communicate only scrolls thru her tablet asking strange and off-topic questions. Maily Creamer is a disgrace to Hoag and her profession.

Awful for acupuncture. Rough hands for acupuncture, inflexible with patient. Left bleeding. Rhonda at front desk is so kind though.

AWFUL !!!! When your looking for a primary care doctor you look for a Doctor who cares and who wants to get to know you . I was uncomfortable, felt rushed and i felt like she didn't have time for me. Like i was wasting her time ! The staff was just as rude . So disappointed !!!! I work hard for my money and my Doctor visit isnt cheap , so not only did i loose out on money, time , i lost out on finding myself a good , caring Doctor . Disappointed :(

Dr. Wasbin is my primary care physician, so I've seen him on numerous occasions. He has a great bedside manner and genuinely seems to care about his patients as is evidenced by the fact that he is never rushed and he listens to them. When he sees an indication of a possible problem, he leaves no stone unturned in finding the cause. As if that were not enough, his assistant, Stephanie, is an absolute delight and echos Dr. Wasbin's bedside manner. I consider myself fortunate to have found such a good general practitioner.

Dr. Wasbin has been our family doctor for nearly eight years. He is the most caring, thorough, patient and calm family doctor we have ever had. We trust Dr. Wasbin to offer us excellent advice and preventative health care.

She was rude and very judgmental in her facial expression. More concerned about her computer than patient. I felt extremely uncomfortable to share with her any concerns regarding my health as she makes judgmental facial expression, with rude comments. Plus she rush the appointment

Mailey Creamer is not a good doctor. She took over for my doctor who was on maternity leave. I am recovering from cancer and had my labs done at Hoag. I called and made an appointment no less than 3 times and she never followed-up and then tried to blame me for not making following up with her and making an appoint. She had the appointment dept send me a letter stating that I never followed up with her. She is a joke. Do not waste your time with this one.

Dr. Creamer was rude and unsympathetic and uninformative. I had made an appointment with my usual doctor for my annual physical but they placed me with Dr. Creamer instead because my doctor had retired. I had to beg her to do a breast exam and a pelvic exam. She literally said she does not do that but if I insisted, she would. She gave me a very cursory exam, no follow-up. What a waste of time, what a thoughtless doctor, unlike all the other doctors and staff I've encountered at Hoag who are outstanding and wonderful to work with. I would not recommend her under any circumstances. I find it difficult to believe that Hoag allows her to practice on their usually exemplary team. It's also not clear what she does as she asked no questions, took no notes, did not read my file and refused to give me the exam I was scheduled for.

Dr. Creamer has been our family physician for around 3 years. She’s never really seemed empathetic but she gets the job done. I am currently on prednisone, and take an inhaled steroid daily for severe asthma. I work at a grocery store and am on the front lines of the current pandemic. Dr. Creamer denied me a document so that I could qualify for a leave of absence during this time. BEWARE. This is not a sign of a good healthcare provider. Seek treatment elsewhere. Terrible. She basically told me to go to work and get sick. Worst doctor ever.

Saw Dr. Creamer as a new patient as I'm looking to establish care with a new primary. Found her to be very unfriendly and condescending. Her front office staff and assistant were nice which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. Will not be returning for future care.

Dr. Creamer has terrible manners, no listening skills, no compassion! Poor level of caring and not interested in understanding. It was really quite an awful experience going to her—a waste of time and money. Horrible.

I felt Dr Wasbin listened to my health issues, asked good questions, I have met with him only once but I like him a lot and trust him. I am not sure what the 1 star rating was about. The office is very nice, great staff.
