Dr Fraley is the best Dr I have ever had. Unfortunately I had to leave Rancho after my cancer treatments because I lost my medical insurance because I had to resign from my job. It was devastating that after 8 years with Dr Fraley I had to find another Dr . I have gone through 2 different Drs....
