My son with Huntington’s disease had a heart attack. He had an angiogram and a stent placed. As his caregiver, I never once talked to Dr. Patankar nor was I given the procedure results from this doctor . . . Not even after the procedure. I informed the hospital staff numerous times of my son’s cognitive impairment yet Dr. Patankar would not talk to me. Two days after he left the hospital, a nurse called asking if I wanted to schedule a follow up appointment with this doctor. No thank you!!!

I was a patient in the Hospital, 67 years old, couldn't breathe, low oxygen level, high white cells, some kind of infection going on. They took me for a stress test in the hospital. I was laying on the table when I heard someone's voice. It was Dr. Attia. I had never met him, couldn't see him. The first thing out of his mouth was that "She probably just has Sleep Apnea." Very Rude and Cold. I finally got to a real doctor to figure out my medical issues after 4 years of suffering and no doctor taking the lead. It ends up that my breathing problems stem from an Auto-Immune Disease in my sinuses, which the clue was that I had high Eosinophils. I had brought this to the attention of several doctors, but they ignored it. So, after 4 years of this, I now also have Eosinophilic Leukemia. I am seeing an Oncologist/Hematologist. So don't stop trying to find the answer to your breathing problems. It took several deeper blood tests, but I finally have the answer. Now I need a cure.

Dr Attia was friendly, knowledgeable and proactive with my symptoms. I highly recommend him!

I brought my 99-year-old mother for a consultation with Dr Attia. She was concerned about feeling short of breath, dizziness, and episodes of anxiousness. After a routine blood pressure, Oxygen and EKG exams by the medical assistant, Dr Atta gave my mother a cursory exam which consisted of a quick stethoscope of her heart and lungs. He then told my mom her problem was she needed to exercise and recommended a stationary type of bicycle in her home. Unfortunately, Dr Attia didn’t take the time to notice I brought my mother to his office in a wheelchair. An exercise program like this was laughable if it was not so pathetic of him to even suggest it. I asked if some type of sleep aid for her nighttime sleeplessness and anxiety and he quickly said I don’t do that -- go see your Primary Doctor. I was referred to Dr. Amin for a heart valve recheck since I was experiencing worsening shortness of breath. He never looked at me, never examined me, he sat looking at his computer while asking questions. My total time with him was approximately eight minutes. He ordered two tests that were fulfilled three months later. After I received hard-copy results, I was completely shocked. I read my appointment 'results'. Reason listed for appointment; chest pain (wrong). He listed numerous results from his full body 'examination' of me; all information was completely made up. He reported to my PCP that all tests were normal; wrong. I have the printed reports, they stated otherwise. I'm hoping others are treated better by this doctor, he did not give me care of any kind, quite the opposite. I do not recommend this doctor at all.

Taken by ambulance for emergency SVT episode that had not been diagnosed though had been present off and on for several years. Dr. Messenger made the diagnosis and a week or so later performed cardiac ablation to correct the problem.

I trust Dr. Attia. Both the doctor and his staff are helpful and caring. Although he is very business like, he answers all my questions. Even if I call later with new questions or concerns. I changed health plans to keep him as my cardiologist n

Horrible, horrible, horrible, neglected calls for help from a very sick heart patient. Never returns calls nor keeps his scheduled phone appointments.

Dr Parekh saved my life in the ER at Temecula Valley Hospital on 8/22/2020. I will forever be indebted to him!

Dr. Attia was assigned to me when my cardiologist left their group. He and his office staff have done everything in their power to avoid seeing me. They even skipped a scheduled televisit. He's supposedly been my doctor now for months but I haven't been able to speak to or see him. Most unprofessional office ever- expect to be on hold for at least 10 minutes and then hung up on. This office clearly does not care about patients at all. Wish I could give them zero stars.

I have been to see him a few times and he could honestly care less about my issues/health. I assume by his attitude that since he was not the doctor that implanted my pacemaker, he really had no interest in my health. I needed surgery prior to his setting up practice in the area that is covered by my health insurance, so the doctor that my insurance sent me to did the diagnosis and surgery. But Dr. Messenger set up his practice within my insurance area after the surgery, but before the wound-care followup, so my insurance forced me to switch doctors mid-stream. My wound was still healing when I first saw the doctor. I asked about the wound care process and he just replied "Keep it clean". I then asked about what I needed to do to live with a pacemaker, he told me to look on google for information and had his staff set an appointment for after the bandage needed to come off. Due to his care-less attitude I will go without a doctor and hope for a different doctor if I need one.

It took 45 minutes to book an an appointment for a phone consultation. Got a call confirming consultation appointment 2 days before. One hour after appointment time, no call from Dr. Pantankar so I call the office to confirm. After being on hold for 15 minutes, they told me he was running behind and would call shortly. Another hour goes by and still no call from Dr. Pantankar so I call the office to confirm. After being on hold for an another 25 minutes, they said his staff could not be reached. Finally, after over 3 hours from original appointment time, Dr. Pantankar called and told me he was confused about his schedule was apologetic. I told him I was not interested and have a nice day. I don't know why anyone would trust their health to someone that manages an office with such poor organizational skills. I would have gave zero stars, but you have to give at least one.

Dr. Messenger was very kind and thorough. He explained the electrophysiology study that he preformed on me and upon the study preformed an ablation. I felt very comfortable and confident in his care and medical knowledge. He took the time to explain all possible situations and I would highly recommend him. The only thing that I would change is the office wait. This was not of his control but poor scheduling.

Dr. Attia is very knowledgeable and caring. He is very business-like and may appear somewhat cold, yet he is very caring and does what is best for the patient. He even came to see me in the hospital due to a heart rhythm concern which he knew was not serious. He didn't have to especially as it was after hours on a Friday.

The doctor introduced himself at the hospital but after that I never talked to him he never shared what he found was wrong or what he did. The nurse did all of that but even that didn't answer everything. I would agree with some of the others that their office staff is horrible you wait on the line for them to answer for anywhere from 20 minutes to 45. I will be requesting a different doctor in the future

This is the most rude and unethical person I have ever met. He is mean, does not listen to patients, draws conclusions without facts yells at patients where everyone can hear him. Stay away from him. He does not listen to anyone, I just made the mistake of going for a consultation I was NOT his patient. He took matters into his own hands by reporting me to dmv with no facts or records, all he did was listen to my heart, no problem there. No ekg. Ranted outside in the hall like a baby throwing a temper tantrum. Made very rude comments, among other things that happened

Always late to appointment's .I waited 2 hours over my appointment time for all 3 appointment's. His office staff his horrible! People deserve better service!

Dr. Parekh is a great Doctor, dealing with his office on the other hand is a nightmare. Talk about getting the run around. They have no clue what is going on. I even had to talk to the office manager on multiple occasions because no one could figure out how to help me. I was frustrated to the point of tears more than once.

Dr. Amin seems fine but whatever medical insurance company you're with, if it's through Covered California, they make you pay an exorbitant amount up front and then tell you they'll reimburse you weeks afterwards when the insurance company pays them. NEVER has any hospital, physical therapy, doctor, lab, etc. EVER done this. Been to Dr. Amin's office twice and already had to front almost $500. Unethical and discriminatory. Why have insurance???

I really like Dr. Attia and think he cares about his patients. Unfortunately, some in the front office staff attitude do not reflect the caliber of doctor that he is. If they were organized and professional there would be more consistency and a better flow in the office. I do not appreciate how condescending the scheduler was to me implying that I wanted to miss work or that my query about any restrictions was baseless when it was their own nurse who told me to be careful.
