Review of Dr. Robbins

- in Oceanside, CA |

I was referred to Dr. Robbins by my retina eye specialist at Shiley Eye Institute. I experienced double vision for years and wore a prism in my glasses to help alleviate my double vision. Dr. Robbins suggested muscle eye surgery to correct the double vision and eliminate the need for a prism. I chose to have the suggested procedure. I see better now than I have in 15 years, and I no longer need a prism in my glasses. I am grateful to Dr. Robbins for her excellent surgical skills and care.

Review of Dr. Freeman

Not a good doctor. He never listens to what you have to say and walks out the room before you can even formulate a question. Doesn’t show any care about your condition and takes reckless decisions. For example, told me to get surgery when it wasn’t necessary at all, this caused me to lose over 80 percent of vision. Note, I still need more surgery to fix the damage.

Review of Dr. Robbins

- in Escondido, CA |

Dr. Robbins is an excellent physician and eye surgeon. She corrected my vision. immediately after surgery I can see better than I had since I was a child and that was 60 Years ago. She has great "bed side manner." 5 star! I highly recommend Dr. Robbins!

Review of Dr. Kikkawa

-

My wife has thyroid eye disease (TED), which damages eye muscles and restricts eye movement. Dr. Kikkawa performs orbital decompression allowing the eyes to move freely. This allows Dr. Granet's eye muscle surgery to be more efficient. Both doctors have amazing reputations, and yet are not at all pretentious. Their staffs are amazingly compassionate, My wife's eye alignment, acuity and appearance have been restored. We highly recommend both doctors for the best TED care and treatment.

Review of Dr. Granet

- in La jolla |

Dr. Granet is my hero. Our granddaughter has a few genetic problems which lead us to see him. After a thorough exam and a multitude of questions, our concerns were allayed. His manner, personality, professionalism are endearing. I felt he really cares.

I had cosmetic surgery with Dr. K. He did a fantastic job and had great bedside manner. I am not sure what the others have to say but I know I had the best and I have seen many doctors all over So Cal.

Review of Dr. Heichel

- in El Centro |

For 10 years I suffered with dry eyes and the last 2 years with red, bloodshot, irritated eyes that teared 24/7. My local opthalmologist had no idea what the problem was. Dr. Heichel diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He performed a conjunctival plasty with amniotic membrane transplant on each eye in June 2017. Today my eyes are beautiful! No more pain, bloodshot or teary eyes. They look and feel normal and I can wear contacts again! Dr. Heichel is kind, gentle, smart, loves what he does!

Review of Dr. Savino

-

Quite possibly the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. I waited 6 MONTHS for an appointment with him to hopefully figure what was wrong with my eyes. When I got to the appointment, I heard him in the hall telling his students that he was sure I was lying and making up my symptoms! He basically told me he had no idea what it was and I left. I finally found a doctor a couple years later that, within 5 minutes, said that she was pretty sure she knew what it was, and I was finally diagnosed. Worst dr ever!
