I had a GI issue that led me to Scripps Urgen Care. Dr. Marshall was on duty at the time. I found her very caring and knowledgeable. I made a quick recovery because of her. I also have a solid plan to continue to feel well because of her.

Unbelievably rude. I saw this physician for the worst foot pain of my life; this felt like a constant electric shock and being stabbed. She listened to nothing that I had to say, she did not examine me, basically blew me off. gave me some work note that I did not need or ask for. I left totally furious.

Awful physician who was dismissive of my symptoms and me. It turns out something was seriously wrong and he has a problem with listening to the patient. He thinks he knows best. This provider should not be allowed to work in a medical setting unless he receives training on listening to the patient, and applies this skill in his bedside manner. He is arrogant, impatient, condescending and dismissive. It appears he doesn’t like interacting with patients who know more about their bodies than he does.

I saw Dr. Kozak at Urgent Care on December 28, 2018. When the x-ray was not definitive he went the "extra mile" and ordered a CT scan which revealed a life threatening condition. He admitted me to the hospital where I spent 5 days on IV antibiotics. I truly believe that Dr. Kozak saved my life. I will be forever grateful for his expertise, and conscientious care.

Went to urgent care per my reg dr’s instructions due to rapid worsening of symptoms. Dr H was consdescending & dismissive. His main focus was running tests, hydrating via IV & discharging. I was very ill, fatigued, unable to eat for days, a senior, & have multiple pre-existing conditions. I had demand hospital admission. At no time did he mention the multiple abnormal results in my urine & blood tests clearly evidencing illness. Very incompetent dr. I could’ve died w/out hospitalization.

Dr. Henderson clearly didn't look at my chart when speaking with me and had already made a medical diagnosis (which was wrong) based on the information from the nurse. He recommended 3 different treatment types that had been attempted by previous doctors at the same hospital and sent us on our way with an "oh well". I would never recommend someone to see him.
