Review of Dr. Bugescu

-

Dr. Bugescu has helped our little girl thrive! Dr. B was referred to us by CHOC for autism testing. We were so scared and Dr. B explained everything she could. Our daughter loved her and when the test results indicated that our daughter had autism Dr. B helped us understand the diagnosis and connected us with every resource we would need on this new journey. Our daughter now sees Dr. B for individual therapy and she is much calmer and happier. We are so grateful to Dr. B!

Review of Dr. Armstrong

- in Whittier, CA |

We met with Dr. Armstrong a few years back to have all three of my children evaluated. I found her to be professional and helpful at all times. Her staff worked with my health insurance to ensure that our costs would be minimal. After she diagnosed my son with ASD we had him evaluated by another professional who confirmed the diagnosis. Since receiving her diagnosis, we have been better able to understand my son and are better equipped to nurture and help him grow. All of the negative revie

Review of Dr. Slaven

-Yorba Linda, CA |

Poor customer service and a pattern of slackness in returning phonecalls to perspective patients. If you enjoy playing phone tag, this is the place to go. Stood up twice by the doctor with little notification of cancellation. The receptionist left a text message one hour before appointment & my husband does not do texts. No effort was made by their office to apologize or reschedule. When we left their office, we got the impression that whomever is running the ship is flippant and careless.

Review of Dr. Slaven

Next to impossible to schedule an appointment, etc. Their phone staff is "out to lunch." Very carefree and inefficient keeping their records, and holding onto authorization numbers and returning phone calls. Seems like the receptionist is never at her desk to answer the phone. Very lax in informing their patients if the doctor has to cancel an appointment. This happened to my husband twice. Securing an appointment is similar to getting into Fort Knox. A highly frustrating experience.

Shouldn't be trusted with care, emotionally damaging, but very cheap and always available.

Review of Dr. Armstrong

-Fullerton |

Based a report and diagnosis on erroneous information. Conducted testing to rule out a condition while the patient was actually on meds for the condition. Horrible diagnostician but stood by her diagnosis despite being confronted with inaccurate information.
