Took his time getting me in the exam room. Rushed me out after my basically “no contact” in person appt. He asked me if I had any suspicious growths. I went in for an annual exam. No gown provided. Not really sure how I could be examined with my clothes on. Pulling shirt up and pants down made me feel weird and was awkward. The lesions I showed him were “ not melanoma” which is great. He then proceeded to freeze off precancerous lesions on my face which didn’t appear to be anything more than age spots to me. He then froze the bridge of my nose and the giant blister that formed looks horrible and I’m questioning whether or not it will actually leave a scar. Very unprofessional visit.

Kaitlyn at the front desk is very rude. I got lost driving to the office. Called and talked to Vivi and she did not know the directions. When I got there, I was letting the staff know how disappointed I was. Kaitlyn told me her responsibility is letting me know the address It was my responsibility to find the office. I think she fail to realize that without patients, she would not have a job. Before you go to the appointment, make sure you know how to get there.
