I had a horrible experience. I was told this office was in network and then I ended up finding out I was misinformed and had to pay nearly $3,000 for one visit that ended up going to collections. Not only that, but the woman that works in the office named Victoria is extremely rude, condescending, and argumentative. I am shocked she works in a medical office and has the audacity to argue with patients. I will never go back to this office and I would advise you to do the same.

I have seen Dr. Shoemaker for 24 years and he is extremely knowledgeable, comprehensive and professional. He takes a detailed patient history and spends a lot of time with each patient to understand their specific medical situation. I highly recommend him.

What a thorough doctor! I was so impressed. So many doctors' offices make you fill out so many forms with questions and then the doctor hasn't even looked at it before seeing you. Dr. Shoemaker had read everything and looked at tests I had brought, then went through everything with me. He was very thorough with his exam and then put me through some tests. He explained everything very well and made me as comfortable as he could.

He was rude, 45 min. Late coming to the office, unprofessional passing information to another dr. Destroyed medical records .

Everyone I spoke with said the procedure I was going to have was going to hurt, needles are involved and I have a massive fear of needles. Dr. Shoemaker was patient with me and I didn't even feel it. No pain at all just a little discomfort but definitely not what I was expecting. He was patient and explained the procedure and the outcome. He couldn't have been nicer. I am so glad my Nuerosurgeon referred me to him.

I had a 10:30 am appt Tue. I was called the day b4 to confirm. I arrived at 10:15 am and was told the Dr was on his way. I was told 3 other times the Dr was on his way. At 10:53 the Dr comes in the front door, turns his head away from me and walks through the lobby. At 11 am the Dr comes to the lobby door and says I will see you now I stood up and asked why no apology or thanking me for waiting. The Dr closed the door in my face saying I should see another Dr. Must have flunked bedside manor
