Performed a procedure without ever discussing with my surgeon why it was ordered and what his expectations were for the patient. He didn't stay in communication daily or ask the appropriate questions to see if things wer as they should be. He had not performed it in greater than 3 years and not from the approach he used plus he had done les than 4 ever in his career, yet failed to talk with the surgeon first. Plus he never notified me of his lack of ability. I would've asked to see my MD
