My son brought me to ER after a serious fall with a ladder. I had a broken ankle. Dr. Angermeier was so kind, attentive, and helpful. After hearing I had fallen a couple of weeks before this visit, he shared that his own mother waited three weeks before going to an ER and she too had broken a bone!

Heather Coffman, M.D. Tucson, AZ, is one of the most capable physicians I have ever had the pleasure to utilize for my ears. For years, I have had my ears checked and cleaned by many health care providers, but she stands out above all the rest. As a former hospital administrator, I feel extremely fortunate that I have made contact with such a gifted physician and would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking advice/treatment in her specialty area.

An excellent physician that I would highly recommend to all family, friends and Veterans. Have already had a few procedures. The very best, in my opinion, in the states of Arizona and California.

Dr. Cragun explained everything clearly and I felt both comfortable and confident in her pretty much immediately. She took her time and was willing to answer all questions. I’m so thankful I had her to go through this process.

Dr. Gavini and his staff at Banner University Medical Center, Tucson, Arizona, are a true God sent for me. The care they showed from beginning of registration to the time I was discharged was priceless. I feel wonderful, and did not suffer any agitation afterwards due to the medicines given during procedure. They listened and took very detailed notes about my allergies to opoids. Thank You to each and all who cared, laughed, and put a huge smile in my heart! Merry Christmas!

If you are fortunate enough to be in the hands of Dr Gavini You are VERY fortunate! He redid my colon polyp removal after it was botched by another surgeon. The procedure was very delicate, as it was a large and difficult polyp in an area where the tissue is very thin. He saved me from having to wear a colostomy bag for the rest of my life with his EXCELLENT skills!!! He's SUPER kind, sincerely caring!!! ...and even called me himself with the results of the biopsies!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!

My experience was the same, NO f/u, no calls back, In his office, he was dismissive, trampled over several previous Doctor's findings. He yelled at his assistant. Changed his mind, said get screened for cancer. I don't think he read my records at all. I had my records to be sent to three doctor's, but none arrived. I just have the original CD, and Copy of Reports. He hasn't even asked to see it! The staff were great, really nice, his assistant was nice until he was yelled at. Scared me!

Dr. Gavini may be good at what he does, but wow, does he need help showing some sensitivity and care. He was cocky, and had no bedside manner and was one of the most unfeeling and insensitive doctors I have ever been to. He needs to remember he is there for patient CARE and try to at least act like he cares about you as a person. The only positives about Dr. G were the great support staff- his fellow, and nurses were wonderful.

No. I have esophageal cancer so my gastroenterologist referred me to Dr. Gavini. My doctor's PA repeatedly called his office for an appointment as I did myself. I NEVER heard from Dr. Gavini. He did order a CT scan but his assistant said he never read it. After a month I went to the Mayo Clinic and they were horrified that I had gone a month with this cancer. I am being treated there now.

I saw Dr. Maciulla in 2015 when I was pregnant with my first daughter and I absolutely adored him. He put me at ease from the first moment as he was so personable and knowledgeable about my condition. Fast forward almost two years and I'm a week from giving birth to my second and lamenting the fact that I was unable to see Dr. Maciulla again (not by choice, we're military). This has been a horrendous experience and I'd give anything to be back in Tucson.

Dr. Gavini does not respond to calls and texts from other doctors. His staff does not respont to calls from patients. The only way I could get me tests results that they had at least a week and a half was to go to the office and ask for them in person. My doctor still doesn't have them after repeated calls. It has been very frustrating to both me and my referring doctor. I do give him credit for doing a very good job on my procedure.

I have been seeing Dr. Gavini for a year-and-a-half, I was diagnosed with sphincter of oddi dysfunction type 2 under his care. Dr. Gavini went above and beyond to make sure I have the best care. Not only is Dr. Gavini very knowledgeable his bedside manner is outstanding. Dr. Gavini never give up on finding relief for my chronic pain. He is the best doctor I have ever had. He makes the world a better place. Banner UMC is lucky to him practice there.

Dr. Coffman has an excellent communication skills. She is very thorough and knowledgable and she makes sure that the patient is educated and involved in any medical decisions made. I travel from Prescott since the ENT office there is sub par and she is the best ENT doctor I have ever visited (I have seen 4 others). Her dedication to the patient is very obvious.
