Dr. Gerace was rude and short during my visit, I felt as if I was just another number. After waiting for nearly an hour in a waiting room that looked absolutely run down, she was not listening to what I was telling her about my health symptoms. She just recommended a blood test and to follow up with her after the results, even though I explained to I already had a blood test which did not diagnose my problem. Ultimately I went to another doctor for a second opinion and he told me the complete opposite of Dr. Gerace. I took his advice and I am feeling healthier than ever. The only positive experience was the nurse that initially took my vitals, even the receptionist was rude and and unwelcoming.

Speaking from personal experience as a patient, as well as a medical provider, I can attest that my encounter with Kathleen Gerace (I refuse to address this woman as "doctor") and her staff at AllCare was BY FAR one of the WORST experiences I have ever had. As a Physician's Assistant (PA) and member of the Scottsdale medical community, I was genuinely shocked by Ms. Gerace's display of incredibly RUDE, DEMEANING, INSENSITIVE, and downright UGLY behavior during my first - and only - visit to her office. As a 32-year-old woman with a history of significant medical issues, I have visited numerous medical practices over the years, and as a PA student, I spent months working with doctors and surgeons in emergency rooms, clinics, and operating theaters, but NEVER once did I leave an office crying and/or feeling humiliated – nor would I ever have allowed a patient of mine to leave my office feeling this way.

I called to schedule a follow up to an urgent care visit I had and was met with hostillity by Dr. Gerace immediately. I explained to her the situation I had and she Immediately argued with me about why I hadn't made a visit since the pandemic had started. I was removed from her system and am not able to view my records through the app provided. If you're looking for a primary care physician look elsewhere.

I have been going to this practice for 4 years. During this time I have never seen Dr. Gerace, only her NP. The NP recently ordered several very expensive imaging tests. Today 7/24 I called the office to see if results were back prior to seeing a specialist next Tuesday 7.28. Dr. Gerace answered the phone and I explained the results were not reported yet, I asked Dr. Gerace to contact the imaging company to expedite the results so that I would not have to make a 50 mile trip for nothing. She rudely said that she cannot do anything for me--I asked "then why are you my physician and why are you not managing my care"? She rudely said "there is nothing I can do for you--you can just transfer care" and hung up on me. This doctor ordered an exam to rule out an ANEURSYM and has now decided she will not follow my care. This is negligence and it will be reported to the board.

I have always had great experiences with Dr. Gerace and her staff from the time I walked in over 15 years ago. The staff is always considerate and caring, and Dr. Gerace actually spends time with me, to better understand my needs. I recommend her whenever I can.

I moved to AZ and needed a new doctor. The doctor I had was a 10 out of 10 and I was hoping to find another one. I chose Dr Roberts from my insurance directory because of gender, youth, and her office being close to my home. OMG...I cannot believe she is all my other doctor was and more. She has a great personality, a sense of humor, is in terrific shape, talks about nutrition, exercise, and well-being in a way that has changed my mindset about my overall health in a positive way. When I get blood tests, she takes the time to go over them in detail and we talk about it. Plus, Gail the office manager is dynamite!!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Theresa’s all care internal medicine and facility since 2006. The staff is very friendly and professional. All care it’s a multi specialty facility and offers lab services and x-rays services. I’ve also been a patient of their cardiologist since 2007. I highly recommend this office and all of the clinicians.

I had been a patient with dr gerace for over 5 years she is a great dr and helped me through alot of difficult times. however was recently dropped from her care due to a dispute regarding a billing question without being informed. front office staff was disrespectful and refused to resolve concern. unfortunately the office practice did not seek any resolution and shows no care or concern for long standing client

I canceled my appointment upon learning that they say patients MUST give their credit card so they can be charged 30 days after being seen for anything insurance did not pay. That's proposterous! I've never had any office make me give my credit card when I have insurance. Other than my $40 co-pay, I should not have to pay anything else, and if I do, it all should go through my insurance first and they will say what I owe or not owe, not the doctor's office. The staff were very rude as well.

By far the worst experience with any doctor I have ever had. Went in for a routine refill of my prescription after moving to the area. Called back a week later because the prescription was never sent... They said "good thing you called cause we were about to send your bill for your copay to collections" after never having sent me a bill. Part 2) Talk to the Doctor and she says she will give me one refill to last till I need a physical. Part 3) She lied and called the pharmacy to cancel it.......

Beware of Fees and Lies that you will be told by the front end manager at All CARE Internal Medicine and Dr Kathleen Gerace. My husband was told he needed to pay a “$150.00 deductible” according our insurance to be seen. My insurance isn’t deductible based and nothing is ever paid out of pocket. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Physician! After several years of visiting this doctor I have absolutely had enough! She is uncaring, arrogant, and does not follow through with patient care. Although she advertises that you don't need an appointment I had to make an appointment anytime I wanted to see her. I would highly recommend that you see someone else!!! She also has snotty staff!!

The staff in this office are exceptionally rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The main focus is misinforming patients in order to make them come back so their insurance can be charged multiple times. Patient care is deplorable.

I would not recommend this 'Dr' for my dog. Her ego hinders her from really addressing the needs of her patients, especially the elderly. She's thoughtless and bordering on irresponsible. She's in the position to help my elderly grandmother but rather than hear the concerns of the family she dismissed us & our concerns. She actually was more insulted that we had undermined her with "her patient" and that we had questions about our own grandmother. Unprofessional, Irresponsible & even dangerous

I am writing to express my gratitude towards the staff, and in particular the office manager, at AllCare Internal Medicine. Because of their extreme incompetency, which led to them suddenly dropping me as a patient, I was able to find One Medical Group! Since day one, the experience dealing with One Medical has been night and day in comparison to AllCare. The staff and doctors are amazing and my appointments actually start on time! I no longer have to wait 45 mins to see my physician.

Do not go to All Care/Dr. Gerece. In my experience, the wait time was unacceptable, the office staff was incompetent and unaccountable and my only interaction with Dr. Gerece was the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with a medical ?professional?.

i missed an appt and they just dropped me as a patient never knew a doctor could just let you go. i wouldnt recommend her or her staff to anyone. when you have been a patient for over 5 years and due to sceduling i couldnt make it for my physical they just cut me off. so much for having a doctor for life.
