Doctor is great- staff very poor - Appointment was for 10:15, 2/24/17, arrived 10:00 AM. Checked in. At 11:00 AM, I informed receptionist I waited long enough and was leaving. Her reply " OK"! She seemed to say "So What, who cares". Never Why or whats wrong.
For basic skin issues, he is adequate, but when confronted with a difficult long lasting skin problem, he had no answers and no suggestions or recommendations as to how to get relief. It has been nearly 5 months and I am still suffering from bleeding and itching. He says sometimes this happens and there are no answers and my condition could last for years.
His admin. staff seem much more interested in collecting a co-pay for each follow-up visit rather than how I was doing with my problem.
I would recommend Dr Patel very highly! He was fast to act on my problem and put a stent in me three days after our first appointment! He is very kind man!
Dr. Benson and his assistant Brigette are exceptional when it comes to patient care and consideration. The exam was professional, the explanation thorough and the follow up excellent. I went to Dr. Benson on the recommendation of a nurse practioner when I could not see my GP. I was dreading it, but he was very sensitive to my fears and the exam went well. He is my go to Urologist.
I've seen the Doc for 3 yrs and have had nothing but a great experience. The staff is always kind to me and her assistant has always gotten my refill in the 24hr window she says on the voicemail. I've read bad complaints and I believe they are very unfair. Banner puts alot of pressure on these docs and doesn't allow as much staff as we would like or time. It's not the docs fault at all. She really does her very best and has treated me wonderfully.
There are a lot of great things I could say about Dr. Patel, but I am going to sum it all up in four words. He saved my life! The test results from my EKG and Echo cardiogram were good, but he felt that there was something more going on that was not reflected in the test results. When any other doctor would have just let thing go at that, Dr. Patel acted on his training and intuition and found a 95% blockage in an artery in my left ventricle.
Was unhappy with this Dr.'s treatment of me.
9 years ago my first foot surgery was successful, and very little problems with that foot since, last year my other foot was operated on now 7 months later it is still very painful and I can't not walk on it without pain with each step I take. Just recently I started to go to physical therapy, which was not recommended by my Dr. but I knew if anything would help it is that. Orthodics are not the answer so explore all options.
Seems to be a nice person, in the 5 minutes I see her. It is impossible to get prescriptions refilled. Call the pharmacy and they are waiting for you he dr to call it in. Talk to the doctors office after 20+ minutes on hold and, "we'll call that right in." Nothing happens!!! What a joke. On every visit the office staff is so busy using their phones and texting that it is no wonder nothing gets done.
I have been fortunate to have Dr. Pettersson as our family doctor for many years. He was my mother's doctor as well as mine. Unlike many medical appointments we often dread as we get older, Mum always looked forward to seeing Dr. "P" and hearing his wise feedback on her growing aches and pains. Now as I age... I share those sentiments. His caring and practical approach to our physical and, at times, emotional well being was and continues to be excellent in every way. Dave A.
I've had only bad experiences with this doctor and his staff. If you want to see him you will have to wait 6+ months or see the assistant.
High end care
Great grasp of medicine and reason on how to proceed
Unethical behavior toward patients with PTSD.
Dr. Pagano was caring kind and gave a thorough exam re my significant injury, answered all my questions, plus added needed advise. His nurse and also the staff at the reception area were all welcoming, professional and helpful. What a welcomed experience -- thankful!
Dr Benson has been my urologist for four years, and during that time has helped with letters to the VA, treatment, and recently an involved operation related to prostate cancer (orcestomy) this Dr goes the extra distance, has quality staff, and does always spend the time to make the experience a good one.. The wife and I are Very grateful to Dr Benson, and his wonderful staff..
Ms. Nair deserves to have her license to practice medicine be removed. As I write this review I have been at Banner Estrella Hospital since Thursdsay. I have been admitted into this hospital 30 times since July of 2014 and have never had this problem. Dr. Nair came into see me this morning without introducing herself but to inform she was cancelling my pain medicine because she only gave it to patients who were terminal or had surgery. Nurses and my kidney doctor have even told her I need meds.
would give her negative stars, but that is not an option. Comes into my adult daughters room at Banner Estrella, does not introduce herself, does not examine my daughter, and states the result of 1 test that has nothing to do with what my daughter was admitted for, and that because that test was negative, she would be sending her home. despite the fact that my daughter was still asymptomatic for the condition she was admitted for.
Years ago I went to Dr. Dobrusin and he was very nice. This time I waited a month to get in and then had to wait 1 hour and 10 min. after my scheduled appointment time. He came in and spent 2 min. with me, never looked at my feet. Ordered 2 braces and suggested I get $300 arch supports and left. I was very depressed from being in pain so long and this was a disappointment. I went to another doctor who was so caring and terrific and I am on road to recovery. Would not recommend.
