I have seen Dr. Wetherell for 15+ years. I see her every 3 months due to medical issues. She is fast-moving but always takes the time to listen to you and makes sure you receive the best care. She is an awesome doctor.

Dr. Is great the staff is horrible . You make an appt after being on hold for hours. Then they call and leave a message that morning it is canceled and you have to call to see why. You wait hours on hold. No one knows who called you and the next available appt is two months later. Then when you get there they send your lab work to a non contracted lab. My lab is on my insurance card. They have become a corporation and no one knows how to do their jobs. So I have to pay $400 for labs that would have been $50. And it can’t be returned and sent to the correct lab. Now I will have my credit dinged because I don’t have that kind of money. No one will return messages or phone calls to help remedy their errors. The front desk people are very rude. Everyone is stressed. I have been a patient for 9 years and it has changed in the last year. Be careful. It could cost you hundreds out of your pocket for a physical because of the codes they use to bills routine physical that is normally free.

I've been going to her for years and I love the fact that she is always very thorough. She is friendly and upbeat. She automatically has me set up another appointment. She works fast, but never misses anything.

"I was a patient of Dr Karen Wetherall for 15 years I was with her every step of the way when the practice changed hands multiple times. She has lost every ounce of compassion and has turned into a doctor I never ever want to see again. She appears to be in it for the money now and NOT PATIENT CARE! She totally dismissed me in a time of crisis, and couldn’t of cared less about what I was going through in the middle of a PANDEMIC!. Dr Young or NP John Hammonds are two of the best people to see from this group. In addition her Medical Assistants are so incredibly incompetent and extremely rude and obnoxious ! She’s a pretentious doctor now and I’m sure she cares less she lost a patient but I gained another amazing doctor. Stay clear of this woman who pretends every step of the way ."

I am so Glad Dr. Wetherell was recommended to me and I have her for my Doctor. I have been seeing her for almost 10 years now and I could not have found anyone better for a Primary Care Doctor. She is Top of the Line in my book. She is very knowledgeable, personable, very detail oriented and explains everything well, treats you like family . She keeps on top of everything. Best Primary Care Dr. I have ever had!!

I have been seeing Dr. Tung for a couple of years now and have had no problems. Prescriptions are called in for me quickly. She has not hesitated to refer me to specialists. She does not make you wait forever to see her, which I appreciate.

Do not recommend this doctor. She would not put in the minimal effort to get something done that my insurance required before having a medical procedure done to improve my quality of life. To me, this is absurd! What is she there to do? I thought she was supposed to help my medical issues get addressed.

she is very rude and her MA acts if she is the doctor . i gave her many chances to prove herself, every time gets worse. she would leave the room in the middle of the appointment to talk to other people and laugh , then when she comes back , she does not even apologize. I am looking for a new PCP.

not worth the co-pay. Staff is a joke. Dr. doesn't take peoples health concerns serious. All about putting money in her pocket not truly a concern in the world about the patient. If she has nothing to gain she won't help you.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. FIND A REAL DOCTOR.

When I have an urgent issue and my primary doctor isn't available or able to get my into her schedule, I request to see Sharon Alguire. She listens to my concerns fully, doesn't hurry me like she's on a time crunch, and she is very thorough.

My rating for Dr. Brandstetter is a "5" but the management only a "1" star. My husband & I have been patients of Dr. Brandstetter for over 2 years and we are thrilled to have her as our doctor. However, since we first became patients the office management has made changes because we are having issues with appointments being made at the desk but not ending up on our patient portal, or changed by 1/2 hr, etc. , and this is very disturbing. My husband & I usually try to get in the same time when it is a "wellness" visit which is what we had set up the last time we saw her. My husband's appt is in the portal for Nov 21 but mine is not so now they are telling me there is no availability and I will not get my physical for 2019 which I had already previously discussed having with Dr. Brandstetter. We have no idea what is going on but have noticed new staff and mistakes being made. I called to confirm and was told there was no appt or anything on my chart indicating such.

Dr. Brandstetter is great. The office is a nightmare. 2 months and I still don’t have a referral I’ve been waiting for. Calling the office puts you in a que as number 62? Portal messages don’t get returned. I’m not sure the place still existes since I haven’t managed to get a live person on the phone in weeks. Forget trying to get in for an actual appointment.

Dr Brandstetter is a good Dr but the staff is impossible I have taken three days off work and still have not got to see a Dr. If you call to make a appointment you will be 50 on the list then if you have them call you back it will be five hrs then when they did make a appointment the first time they called and left a message that morning and cancelled they I have to try to get ahold of them again take another day off so I can wait by the phone make a appointment and then when I make the appointment take another day off I go down there they have no record of my appointment they said I could wait 3 hrs and see the pa I told them I would just find another Dr there only response was ok . Maybe if everyone stayed away from these places and went to groups that actually cared about patents time things would change .there is no way when you call it should take all day to get a appointment and then they don't even schedule it
