Horrible experience, the Dr. has bad bedside manner, is so over booked, wait time is always over 2 hrs everytime I go for him not to listen he seems dazed all the time. His wife is the office manger and she is always so rude and unprofessional and very hard to understand.
Do not recommend anyone go to this office, my children's vaccines were never entered in the system the Dr. Has to many appointments scheduled that he doesn't even listen to one's needs and his wife is the office manager and is very rude and unprofessional.
He is not an educated doctor he works for the pharmaceuticals and he doesn't have a bedside manner with his patients he thinks patients are unable to make decisions about medical treatment And extremely biased towards patients medical diagnosis
Dr. Babaria is OK but his office staff is awful. I've been waiting close to 3 weeks to get prescriptions refilled. I was in the office one week ago and again requested the refills. Now I'm out of 2 or the 4 medications I need and after calling to check on them again, they're still not done. I've also been waiting for over a week for referrals to be sent. I'm changing doctors now. I can't deal with this imcompetence.
Staff has poor billing and scheduling practices. Wife and I both went in for a annual physical and specified that we only want done what is covered by our insurance as preventative. I still got a bill for my physical and my wife's physical which was $80 greater than mine. 1 Call, 1 hour in office and a meeting with the doctor later, just received 3rd incorrect bill today. FYI they also say they must include hearing and vision testing even if not required by Cigna for physical! Overbooked also.
