We're new in town and my wife setup an appointment with Dr. Barry Ford. She had to wait 3 weeks for the appointment, which was fine. On the day before her appointment she ended up in the emergency room and ended up having emergency colon surgery due to a cancerous mass. I called the next morning to cancel her appointment. She then called 3 days later to try and get another appointment. She explained what happened and also let them know that the surgeon told her that it was critical to have the potassium levels monitored. The girl that she talked to went to talk to the doctor and they were able to get her scheduled the following week. When she showed up for the appointment, they told her that there was a scheduling issue and that they would have to schedule her for another day that was over a month out. We'll be searching for a new doctor.

He’s very laid back and easy to talk to. He doesn’t act like you’re just another insurance payment.

Dr. Ford is the BEST!!!

Dr Roberts is wonderful! His nurse Paula is not. She refuses to give refills for stimulants until the day you are out of it. I always go a day without my medication because she refuses to fill it the day before I run out so that I have it for the next morning. She treats me like I’m abusing a medication that I only take daily and it has made me leave the clinic as a result. Time for Paula to retire.

Dr Ford is the best PCP. He is caring and kind. He has been my doctor for over 8 years. Hes such a blessing.

I have been seeing Dr. Mitchell for many years. I think she is Great! Very personable, professional, knowledgeable and I could go on and on.

Had my first visit with Dr. Hiegel this week, I am transferring to him from another PCP. I have quite a few current and past issues, he spend a lot of quality time with me reviewing everything, answering questions, polite, knowledgeable, wait time was reasonable, etc.

He's been my doctor for over a decade. He's genuinely concerned about my well being and he listens.

I didn't realize how mistreated I'd been by previous doctors until I started seeing Dr. Mitchell. 1. She is extremely kind and compassionate. 2. If she says she's going to do something, she does it. 3. She takes every single health issue seriously. I'm sure she hears this all the time, but she has absolutely changed my life. I feel empowered and confident in my health care needs because of her. I'm no longer afraid to speak up and tell her of new symptoms. Thank you for being you Dr. Mitchell. And also...her nurses are kind and helpful as well.

The visit was good. Whenever I have a serious problem, Dr. Tucker points me to the very best person(s) to handle it. I am grateful for those great connections.

I recently moved to Little Rock and randomly chose Dr. Hiegel for my annual wellness check. During the visit I told the doctor I had experienced some minor chest pains about a month before the visit. He said we would not worry about it unless the pains occurred again. He charged me $121 to ask that question (over and above what the insurance company paid for my wellness check). I called in to the office to question the charge, but the office manager would not remove it. She said the doctor did extra work and ordered extra tests because of this question that were not covered. I asked what extra work and what extra tests were done? She said, "He listened to your heart didn't he"? I responded "Doesn't the doctor always listen to the heart on a wellness visit?". She said he ordered extra tests. I asked her to specify what extra tests were ordered that would not have been part of a regular wellness checkup. She told me she would not go into that. I am 56 years old and I

Why did it take me so long to switch to a new doctor?! After years of seeing another doctor I decided it was past time for change. Yes, I did wait for quite awhile but once I was in the room and given Dr. Kate Mitchell's undivided attention, I knew she was worth the wait. It was a wellness check-up but I mentioned a few symptoms...first off a chronic cough that I've had for 20 years. Other providers had told me it was likely from reflux but she prescribed an acid reducer and that 20 year old cough was gone in 4 days. Even co-workers have noticed. Another issue was discussed, I went for a quick and easy test, checked out okay...… So glad I found Dr. Mitchell.

Dr Felton is a wonderful family practice doctor. He cares deeply about his patients, listening attentively and investigating thoroughly any concerns. He is very popular and not always taking new patients but if you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to have him as your doctor count yourself as blessed.

Dr. Hiegel is a great doctor for my family!

Undoubtedly the best Dr. I ever had, so caring, always spent quality time with us, great on diagnosis, took care of our medical needs for years. Miss him so much, never found another Dr. that could compare since we left Little Rock.

Dr. Mitchell is an excellent doctor, great demeanor and very in touch with new medications.

Dr. Mitchell is surely very competent, but she apparently schedules her patients too close together. I had a 9:45AM appt, and did not get into an exam room until 10:30, and still had to wait after that. Then I had only about 10 minutes with her. She made me late to an important staff meeting. Also, neither she nor staff explained the procedures for testing adequately.

Dr. Tucker has been my doctor over 20 years. He knows both me personally and my medical conditions very well and always asks specific questions without me having to bring up topics when I visit, which means he reviews his info before seeing me. Dr Tucker is a first class person as well who really cares about people. You'll never feel like a rushed through number with him or at his clinic. Top notch all the way.

He makes me smile when he walks into the exam room. Dr. Ford really listens to what you are saying remembers your concerns from one visit to the next, thinks of solutions other doctors don't, and has the most lovely demeanor in dealing with his patients. My husband and I both see him and are so glad a friend recommended him to us.
