One of the absolute most incompetent and infuriating doctors I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. He'd ask a question and then interrupt me constantly, cancelled my tilt table test even though I had already told him I had a orthostatic done, and claimed he "also had my condition" even though he didn't even allow me to talk about my symptoms!!! I will not be back to see him and wouldn't trust this man to try to prescribe medication, which he seemed itching to do without knowledge of anything about my health, if you paid me all the money in the world!

Was extremely dismissive and did not seem respectful to me or what I had to say as a woman. Also extremely unresponsive and condescending when trying to communicate with him outside the appointment

Absolute nightmare delivery by Dr McGraw and her fellow doctors at UAMS. This provider will treat you like a 3rd world patient. She will leave you immediately after birth laying on the birthing table in body fluids, blood and half your placenta hanging out for over 11 hours and NEVER COME back. The bedding will never be changed nor any compassion given when begged for 11 hours for help knowing the risk of infection. We were repeatedly told we guarantee no infection, you’re fine. The lack of proper humanly care caused my wife to contract a life threatening infection, spend 10 days in the hospital and nearly died due to Dr McGraw and her horrendous team of doctors. If, you value your spouses life, seek other professional experience.

She seemed more interested in my boyfriend than my actual issues. We had talked about how I had been diagnosed with anxiety due to my medical conditions, not the other way around. She seemed to have listened, but then I received her written report. She got so much of what I told her incorrect that I was baffled, and kept trying to say that my anxiety might cause me to over-exaggerate my symptoms that I have been fighting for over 5 years with absolutely zero treatment. Then, she tried to say in the report that because I am an introvert that hates crowds and doesn't like to be around people, I might have a disorder that keeps me from feeling pleasure or happiness. What? My only unhappiness is with the medical field thus far and their complete incompetence and lack of care.

I have been going to this doctor for 5 years. She is unfortunately the only Neurologist I have been able to get in with due to my insurance, and she is absolutely the worst. If I could give zero stars, I would. I came to her originally regarding sudden issues with periodic paralysis amongst other things, and not only has she still not pinpointed my issues regarding that, straight up refusing to look at anything other than what she thinks as a baseline, but now at 25 I have developed brain atrophy. She did a spinal tap, convinced it was meningitis and when it came back negative, she sent me to a neuropsychologist. When it came back I didn't have dementia, she now refuses to do anymore testing to find the source of the problem and is enforcing looking for a different neurologist should I want anything more done. Furthermore, she might be "qualified" to work with neuromuscular issues, but she completely ignores that portion of her degree and will try to shove you onto someone else for it.

Worst Neurologist Ever, UAMS Sucks – Dec 17, 2021

I have seen her twice now. (I was not told the name of doctor who I will see, the second time. - If I did know, I would have asked for a different doctor) The first time she made a severe mistake with my prescription. Her prescription called for a drastic lowering in my seizure medication from 150mg to 25mg, in stead of increasing my medication with 25mg. It could have been catastrophic if I did not pay attention to it. I left several messages to rectify the mistake, but neither she, or her nurse returned my calls. I finally had to get another doctor to write the correct prescription. I feel that she thinks that she is too dignified and lofty to discuss my diagnosis, treatment or reasons for the tests she ordered, with me. She is very impersonal, cold and distant and it seems that she does not care about, nor are interested in the patient. I would never recommend her to anyone and wish UAMS are hurting their reputation with her attitude.

I had a complicated situation and Dr. Mavros was able to get me into the clinic swiftly, and handled the situation like the pro that he is. He’s easy to get in touch with, a great communicator, and brilliant at what he does. Would definitely recommend to any friend and family member. UAMS is lucky to have Mavros!

Does not return patients calls or respond to patient questions or concerns through patient portal. Does not respond to patient request to medication refills non narcotic medications. I don not recommend this physician for lack of communication with patients. When patient needs documents filled out in a timely manner, she lacks in that area also.

I have been seeing Dr. Suen for multiple facial problems for 20 years. From Trigeminal Neuralgia to Lymphatic Malformations. He is the kindest, most sincere, extremely knowledgeable doctor I have ever met in all my 40 years and trust me, I’ve seen a lot. I have had to travel all over the U.S. seeking a doctor that was an EXPERT in what I have and he was literally in my backyard all along. He has sat at my bedside and cried with because I was in unbearable pain. This is the amazing man let alone doctor I have ever had the pleasure to be be treated by and knowing in my entire life. There will never be another doctor like him.

When admitted to UAMS as an at risk patient, my labor was induced and then stopped because “so many women were delivering”. This was a scheduled delivery. Delivery was put off all day. Vomiting, increase in BP, and delivered by a nurse late at night after going into the hospital that morning to be induced. An epidural was given too early since delivery was put off until doctor could deliver baby. Dr. Hughes did not make an appearance during delivery or the next day before discharge. She was there, but never made an appearance. Baby was blue at birth and is having Neonatal seizures due to prolonged delivery and lack of oxygen as a result. Do not use this doctor. She is negligent.

Dr. Yadala has been my neurologist for over a year. She has tried several times to change my medication. According to the doctor who did my brain surgery in another state, I'm only supposed to have brand name seizure meds. She can't get that right, or department too ineffective to do paperwork. Communication with neurology clinic is beyond sub-par, especially for a hospital that size. I have gone into status seizures TWICE this month. This office does not seem to be concerned. I can't even get Ativan to help control breakout seizures. It can take days for her office to call me back. UAMS, her practicing hospital, has set me up with new doctor, but not concerned enough with my health after ER visits to bump up my new doctor visit. Pathetic. I've just about given up. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Howe is the best dentist I have ever had to good fortune to treat me. He was never rushed, always patient, answered every question and guided me through a necessarily long and involved process of installing six implants. He was steady, methodical and reassuring along the entire way. He expertly built, fundamentally, an entire new mouth for me. Thank you, Dr. Howe.
