CHI St. Vincent Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic - Little Rock - Kanis

I've been a patient of Dr. Borg for a couple of years. I haven't had to visit much because my condition has been fairly stable. A medication change (not by Dr. Borg) upended all that. The one appointment and test I received so far were fine. However, after another medication change (by Dr. Borg) I've experienced significant problems. I recently called the office in the morning to leave a message and didn't receive a call back from the nurse until the next day. (Policy says that calls received after 3pm won't be returned until the next day, but they're busy, I get it.) In a voicemail she told me that Dr. Borg was in Hawaii for the week but to call back if I still needed anything. I called back and left another message. Still no response. My question now is, what kind of cardiologist leaves for a week without having a backup plan for his patients? Very disappointed.

Dr. Borg and his nurse are very knowledgeable. I would recommend this cardiologist to anyone. He is responsible for saving my life.

after many years of working alongside Dr Hicks at Baptist Health LR, then selecting him as my husband's cardiologist we are very sad to say goodbye to him. Retirement is well earned and a great thing after a long career. We have been very blessed to have him look after us. HIs nurse, Rachael, has been the kindest, most caring of nurses who never fails to offer a smile and prompt return of calls. They are some of the great ones and we will miss them dearly.

Dr. Borg Has been treating me since 2011 for congestive heart failure. I literally owe my life to Dr. Borg and all the people at St Vincent Heart Hospital. There has never been any doubt in my mind That everyone there is Heaven Sent. Love U Guys.... Just James......

Leah is very patient and understanding. She listens well and lets you know she is designing diagnostic procedures and care specifically for your personal situation.

Dr Hicks has been treating me since 2000. His friendly-ness is exceptional. Appears to have real concerns about my condition and explains everything I question.
