Dr. Makamson was a God-send to me and my family. I have suffered with varicose veins since early 1970's. I've had vein strippings and a laser ablations, but still suffered with great pain in my calves. During my first visit with Dr. Makamson, he listened to my history and current situation and responded with "Let's look above your legs." Looking above my legs he found Iliac stenosis on both sides and inserted stints to improve blood flow. The pain in my legs has been greatly reduced.
