Nursing (Nurse Practitioner)
Its been years since I saw him. He worked with Dr Morris Scherlis at the time. They were both rude and tactless. Im just now leaving review because its still in my mind as being most terrible experience with a dr in my entire life. I actually threw up when I got to parking lot as a result of anxiety due to being treated so grossly by Greg Gore and Morris Scherlis. I could go on and on , but it disgusts me to think about it

I have been Dr. John Rober's patient for 9 years. He, and his wonderful team, have consistently managed my long-term pancreatitis pain and sciatic pain in an excellent manner. The clinic is professionally and efficiently run from patient records to admissions to procedure execution to follow-up. The team members are courteous, friendly, and efficient. Every team member mentions how well the clinic takes care of them as employees and care providers. Dr. Roberts continues to expand his knowledge and offer new approaches and procedures for pain management. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts and TVPM for patients looking for long term solutions to acute pain management.

I've been going to TVPM Clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Scherlis is a wonderful pain management specialist. He has the magic touch with giving pain injections that work well to help relieve my pain. By also using oral medication, I'm able to continue to be happy and productive at 74, instead of sitting in a recliner all day, waiting to die. As a bonus, his bedside manner is fantastic! He's simply the best!!

He did not do an updated MRI before giving me a Cervical Epidural due to herniated disc. After the procedure I have left arm weakness, can't close my hand and severe muscle spasm in my upper left arm. His assistant "AMY" continued to minimize the severe pain at 3 after appts. She gave me a RX for Tramadol which I did not ask for nor did I fill it and gave me an appt for 2 months later. At no time was I able to see Dr. before or after the procedure, only Amy. I feel that after the impact of this procedure and reporting it, I should have been able to discuss this with the Doctor. Amy's minimization of the severe pain I continue to endure was very unprofessional as the services provided by the clinic is Pain Management. Please note that I have had Cervical Epidurals in Florida for 20 yrs. without any problem prior to moving to Alabama in2020.

Not a very pleasant person. Spends more time on his computer than speaking with his patients. Often fails to acknowledge comments by patients. Dismissive of patient concerns and lacks compassion.

No good doctor. He has lousy bedside manners. I am worse than when I went to see him. I went to see him for back pain and he kept doing more and more injections. They made me worse. Kept pushing narocotics at me even though I told him I did not want them.

I have been a patient with Dr Roberts For over five years. I find he and his staff are professional, efficient, and effective. They are genuinely concerned about my physical well being. Dr Roberts had never failed to ask how I am doing or to take time to ensure I understand exactly what is happening in the procedure. Dr Roberts has always been available for an office visit and his Physician's Assistants handle each visit professionally. I have never left his office unsatisfied.

He was a ghost doctor. During the 8 some years I was treated for ongoing residual and active pain, I never saw this doctor once. When I would arrive for my appointment, my next month's prescription was already printed off. I only interacted, briefly at that, with his nursing staff. STAY AWAY!! He has no interest in monitoring patients or any sort of rehab. You pay your copay, get your next month's prescription, and are sent on your way. I think he is more interested in collecting fees paid.

You will NEVER find a more caring, concerned, and brilliant medical professional. She is phenomenal. As a medical professional myself, there's no one I trust more than Sandra to manage my needs and to do so with the utmost compassion. I value her and Dr Collins care and expertise. Of all of my doctors and specialists, they have been the ones with the most positive influence in giving me back a great quality of life. You will LOVE Sandra!!!!

In Alabama it is legal to use low thc cbd oil. Besides chronic pain issues I am also epileptic. My seizures were never controlled with pharmaceutical meds, so when cbd oil became a legal option my neurologist suggest I try it. Since then I have not had any seizures. Dr. Scherlis did a urine screen which detected have to stop using it. I respectfully declined and they refused to treat me anymore. However i found that increasing my cbd dosages works better for pain that their pharmaceuticals.

You pay to see a specialist who you never see. Repeatedly told these nurse practitioners I only needed narcotic pain pills for when the OTC drugs didn't work, yet they continuously prescribed me 112 each script, then after a couple of times of not having them show up on drug screen they accused me of selling them and said i couldn't come back. I even offered to bring in all of the scripts i hadn't filled along with pharmacy records showing how rarely i filled them, but they still refused!
