We got to got to him because our regular HPA doctor was out. Oh, how I wish Dr.Klemm was our regular doctor. His nurse was so nice. He was so friendly-and took the time to visit(like dr visits used to be!).
Our regular doctor, is always s in a hurry, and treats you like a number...
I would rate him 0/5 stars if possible. My child's Pediatric Primary Care Physician for over 2 years. Following a drug interaction, Dr. Klemm "REFUSED" to see my child, or allow me to even make an appointment, after great concern was expressed to his Nurse - twice! His Nurse was rude, dismissed my concerns, stated that they were "per Dr. Klemm". After bringing my child to another medical professional, I was told that this was inexcusable, unwarranted and had never heard of such behavior!
VERY disappointed in HP Associates. Arrived with very sick (101.5) 14 month old grandson Monday morning. He is a patient of Dr. Cochran. I was turned away after being told, "they don't do urgent care". I was given no other resource. There was nobody waiting on the "Sick Side" of this medical practice. I went to various Urgent Care facilities, while holding my crying, feverish grandson. I was told they do not take children under 2 years. Finally found a pediatric urgent care. He had strep throat
The wait to be taken back to the exam room is always pleasantly brief, and Dr Gunter is friendly enough. Most of the desk staff don't seem very friendly. My biggest complaint is that closing times change daily. If I'm adjusting my work schedule around POSTED office hours to pick up a script, bluecard, etc, it's unacceptable, to me, for there to not be someone there during those hours. The services offered are good, but the lack of consideration for customers' time is extremely disappointing.
Dr. Ellis is one of the most caring doctors you will find. He is fully dedicated to finding the right treatment for every patient he comes into contact. He's definitely one of the best pediatricians you will find.
