Outside of the office, Dr. Yen has a great interest in all forms of art and has been involved with oil painting, sculpting, cooking and photography for many years. His passion is Impressionist art, and he paints whenever he can. His artistry has helped tremendously in designing and creating beautiful smiles for his patients, for he believes there’s a common theme that connects all nature’s beauty whether it is captured on canvas or created in the mouth. All forms of art have basic disciplines which are enhanced by individual creativity. Aesthetic dentistry has disciplines based on science; however its practice is exemplified by the dentist’s skills, experience, and personal creativity."
