Dr. Sam Barnhart grew up on a farm in Maries County, Missouri. While in high school, he experienced the world of dentistry first-hand while working part-time as a dental assistant for his father, Dr. Timothy Barnhart. In 2009, Dr. Sam received his D.D.S. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. He then began working at Westphalia Dental Clinic and eventually opened his own practice in 2011. Since relocating to a new office in 2014, Dr. Sam's staff has grown, and he has invested in computer-aided technology to create crowns, bridges, dentures and implants, right in-house. With the help of 3D x-rays, an intra-oral camera, and CEREC and Ceramill restoration systems, Dr. Sam and his staff are able provide more accurate and efficient procedures. Dr. Sam continues his education by taking post-doctoral courses in areas such as dental implants, CEREC technology, dental laser treatment and 3D radiology. By staying up-to-date on the latest technology and dental research, Dr. Sam offers advanced dental services and procedures to patients in the Jefferson City area.
