His graduate work won a national award for prosthetic research. During his career, he has served as Associate Clinical Instructor at Indiana School of Dentistry, Chairman of Removable Prosthodontics and Perio-Prosthetics at the Atlantic Coast Dental Research Clinic (ACDRC), and President of both the ACDRC and the Central Palm Beach County Dental Association. Dr. Blake currently teaches implant dentistry courses for general dentists at the Atlantic Coast Dental Research Clinic and collaborates regularly with specialists in Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Endodontics, and Orthodontics. He remains current on advances and innovations via ongoing continuing education courses. Dr. Blake is a member of the American Dental Association and the American College of Prosthodontists. Recognized by the ADA as a specialist in Prosthetic, Restorative and Reconstructive Dentistry, Dr Blake has maintained a private practice in South Florida since 1984. In his free time, Dr. Blake enjoys kayaking and spending time with his daughters, Rae and Joanna."
