Dr. Ross Quartano, DDS

Dr. Q was so awesome! Making sure my denture implant was perfect! I can honestly say he did an amazing job! I'm 68 years old and in my younger years was probably one of the first dental assistants. While technology has changed I still know when a dentist is honest, fair and caring. Dr Q is all of the above! Everyone in this office has been so kind! Thanks to ALL of you!

Rude office ladies, called in today (4/25/2023) 7 times and was hung up 4 times. Claimed they couldn't hear me on the phone, I called a couple of friends just to make sure my phone was not messed up. Finally one lady told me there is an appointment on 4/27, but then she dropped the line, I called immediately and another lady answered and said we don't have anything until mid June. Wow, somehow they are still in business!!!

I’m a senior citizen with no dental coverage...work done by dr. Q, has left me in continuing pain for over a year now...I don’t have the thousands of $ to correct his work...

Dr Quartano has the worst bedside manner. He lectured and talked down to me when I questioned his lack of adhering to the state’s mask mandates. Apparently, he knows everything and his patients are only there to give him lots of money. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Went in for two fillings. One tooth had a moderate cavity and was very sensitive and The other was very small but at the gum line. I wear a partial. He said the smaller cavity wasn’t ready for a filling. Wanted to desensitize it instead with a fluoride varnish. When I mentioned I’m uncomfortable re fluoride he began to lecture me on other more life threatening hazards. I relented. The assistant came in to charge for microabrasion and varnish, $76. I understood they were both on the tooth with the small non-cavity(?) The varnish failed the same day, the resin filling was so caked on the tooth the partial jammed up. I called the office the following morning and scheduled an appointment to correct them. His correction to the second tooth was to remove so much of the tooth’s surface that I’ll probably have to get a crown. I’ve notified Dina Dental and filed a grievance. Oh and the office manager tried to bill me for micro abrasion saying it necessary for the filling to stick! Crazy

I had very unsatisfactory dental visits/experiences with Dr. Quartano and am very unlikely to ever see him again. In my opinion he did not listen to my concerns or resolve my dental problems. I feel that the money I and my dental insurer, Delta Dental, paid to him was wasted.

Dr. Quartano is only interested in making money. I have a gap in my teeth. Its been there for 25 years. The first time Dr. Quartano met me he asked if he could fix it. It is something that would allow him several billable hours with multiple visits and something I never asked about. When I told him to discuss it with my husband he further insulted me by stating if it was about the money we could finance. Because of this I will never go to his office again. He is not a good doctor.

If you dare to walk into this office be ready for them to up sell you like crazy. I walked in with a chipped tooth and set my appointment up for that. After nearly two hours of pictures and x-rays and up sell conversation, I walked out with the same chipped tooth. What a horrible experience.

Had Wisdom Teeth removed by him. The office never told us to bring the meds into the appointment it was a simple miss communication. It resulted in Quartano scolding us for not following directions and belittling my wife and I all the while they had meds in the office to fix the problem. He has no bedside manor and when presented with questions regarding the procedure he became very defensive. I would not recommend him as a Dentist.

The office is very clean and offers a calm setting. For those who have a fear of dentistry you will be relieved to know that the staff is comforting and they have gone above and beyond to put the patients needs first. They made my dental experience enjoyable!!! I will recommend all my friends and family to this office!
