I VISITED HIS OFFICE 3 TIMES. THE 1ST ONE FOR ANNUAL CHECK-UP AND CLEANING + 2 OTHER TO HAVE WORK DONE. THE ONLY REASON I WENT BACK AFTER 1ST VISIT IS THAT MY PLAN REQUIRES ME TO ASSIGN A DR. AND WAIT A MONTH , AND I WANT IT TO GET THIS OVER WITH. OTHERWISE WHY PUT UP WITH HIM??? HE SHOULD BE A VETERINARIAN, AND NOT EVEN, BECAUSE EVEN WITH ANIMALS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE GENTLE AND CARING. HE IS UNFRIENDLY, UNCOMPASSIONATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNKIND, HARSH, ROUGH, ALMOST A BRUTE, HAS NO MANNERS.

This dentist is an "animal" he has no compassion for anybody he should be a plummer not a dentist, he gave me pain and screamed at me to hold it, doesn't like to give pain shots, my post went flying to the floor and he picked up and put it back without desinfecntact, the dentist if you can call him a dentist, he uses bad language, screamed at me, threw my office out of the office,he ruined my tooth by too much drilling,having a liver disease and him knowing about it gave me strong antibiotics .

I would not recommend him to anyone. He's arrogant, rude, unprofessional and does a very sloppy work . His assistants are lazy, unknowledgeable and don't belong in such profession. Do your teeth a favor and find a better Dentist.

My family have been going to Dr. Robert Lanster for almost thirty years. He is knowledgeable and concerned about the needs of his patients.
The office staff is helpful and willing to assist the patient with any additional needs.
