Overall, Dr. Geran is the best orthodontist in the area. There is simply no competing with the amount of time and energy that she and her staff put into her office. Everyone is friendly and extremely welcoming. Her office is very up to date and modern, as well as spotless and organized. I recommend Dr. Geran to all my friends and family.

After waiting for over an hour, the Dr. was condesending and rude. She insulted our former ortho and oral surgeon, and named an astronomical price and time frame to finish my sons treatment. Without even an apology for the lateness, she wouldn't even discuss the cost of treatment, but left it to her associate to bite the bullet. I am considering flying back to Virginia for treatment.
