Excellent Service
I was recommended Dr. Pounds and have been extremely satisfied since I started to see her and her team. Everyone is extremely polite and friendly at the office. Dr. Pounds and her team have always listened to my concerns, answered my questions, explained everything in a way I understood. The office utilizes new technology to make aligners, retainers, etc. They can scan my teeth and show me any issues. When I got Invisalign I was able to see what my teeth would look like to make a better determination whether I wanted to invest in Invisalign. My teeth have been extremely healthy since I started to go see. Dr. Pounds and her team.

An unplanned visit --- office staff was able to tweek things to get me in on the same day because of discomfort -- everyone was pleasant, even though I know my visit was squeezed in at the end of the day, and may have caused some staff, including Dr Pounds, to stay late.

Dr. Pounds has a very comforting yet confident air about her. She is relaxed, but at the same time she displays strength and a necessary authority in her position! She is sensitive and tuned into details. I like her as a dentist quite a lot. Her staff reflects her friendly and highly skilled manner that is important to patients.

We've been with Dr. Pounds for a while now and until recently have enjoyed her and her office's care. However, we have been fed up with the unexpected costs and extra money the office has tried to charge us for. They have been quite deceptive in charging us more than the promised amount, and refusing to change it until we dig up the signed agreement from months earlier that shows the lower price. Also ran into trouble with a simple filling that ended in deep pain and discomfort for months.

Dr. Pounds is terrific-- my husband and I have gone to her for several years. She's expert, responsive, and very pleasant. We've seen her both for our regular dental care and for several emergencies; we've always been more than satisfied. Her staff is courteous and efficient, too. All in all, an excellent practice.

Dr. Pounds, her office, her entire office is a class act. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The office is accommodating in scheduling appointments. Reminders are given and very important, you receive a follow up call to see how you are doing. Dr. Pounds takes her time with you and listens. She cares about her patients. Practice Issue not specific to Dr. Pounds. As a Healthcare worker I expect professionalism. The assistant to the Dentist and Temporary Dentist discussed manicures while drilling out the tooth. Trying to get emergency appointments is impossible. Left messages to get return phone calls and did not get them. Had to cancel the appointment I did get due to medical emergency. Received letter for 50.00 missed appointment, which I had called to cancel and asked for return call. RETURN CALL NEVER CAME.
