Dr. Pagan is excellent. I have been a patient with this practice over 10 years, and I always received great service and care. The practitioners advise me on now to keep my teeth and gums healthy, and they alert me about anything that may be of concern. I also like how their office manager is very knowledgeable about insurance coverage. This allows me to get the most out of my insurance benefit and have healthy dental care.

This is the first time I have written a Google review for anyone but it is deserving. I had nothing but great experiences while going to see Dr. Pagan. Her team was great and she did a great job explaining everything that she was doing and listening to what I had to say. She kept me calm during all of my appointments and answered all of my questions. After seeing many different dentists I can say that Dr. Pagan and her team are the best I have seen and I will continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Raquel and the Staff are all accommodating, committed, and professional in their services. Dr. Raquel might have been the best dentist I've had. She is a sweet lady and impressive in her work. Also, they helped me bring back my smile through the Maryland Bridge procedure :) I trust them with their preparedness in the clinic regarding the COVID-19. They make sure they are, and the clinic itself, is ready before, and after they serve the patients. Cleaning procedure leaves no discomfort. She is gentle and thorough. Thanks Dr. Raquel! :D

After leaving my appointment, I was very satisfied with Dr. Pagan's work, along with the rest of the staff. They truly care about making your experience with them easy and comfortable. I have been a patient of Dr. Arcilla for over two decades. The clinic is welcoming , and Staff are warm and efficient. They make you feel so at home, and the prospect of a root canal or root filling or cavity cleaning does not seem scary at all. With Dr. Arcilla's retirement, transitioning to Dr. Pagan came so smoothly. Dr. Pagan is confident and knowledgeable. Respect was instant. I will miss Dr. Arcilla definitely , and I am happy that Dr. Pagan has taken over the practice !

The treatment I received at this dental practice was truly phenomenal. Scheduling is flexible, the staff are unfailingly polite a nd very informed in their specialty area. The location is a five minute walk from the nearest metro stop at downtown Silver Spring.

Dr. Pagan’s pleasing personality will surely makes you feel comfortable everytime you have your dental procedures in their clinic . Also, they have the most friendliest staff to assist you .

Awesome dentist! I went to Dr. Pagán’s clinic about a month ago and I was immediately impressed by her and her staff’s professionalisms. Dr. Pagán was very knowledgeable and skillful in her profession. She listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. She knew that my time is just as valuable as hers and my schedule is always busy that I don’t have time to keep going to the dentist only to be seen for 15 minutes after a 25 minutes wait. She performed a very complex procedure which she got done with just 2 visits. Her patience and dedication to give her patients what they want in timely manner is commendable. She and her dental assistant, Elizabeth, showed great teamwork and skills. Thanks Dr. Pagán and staff, you are all awesome.

Dr. Pagan verified that my 2nd molar had indeed lost its filling and part of the tooth. She verified the tooth still vital. Painlessly numbed the area and proceeded to perform an "Onlay" using modern composite material. No root -canal or crown needed ! It looks, feels and functions like my original tooth. Great work.
