    Nasty receptionist Stephanie, careless reception area DIRTY OFFICE. HAND SANITIZERS ARE EMPTY. horrible and incompetent office staff, refused to give me copy of my privacy rights, which is mandatory! Waited 45 minutes AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPT to be seen, dentist tried to extract tooth BEFORE giving me a numbing agent, WORST PAIN EVER. DO NOT TRUST YOU HEALTH WITH MR. CHEN, HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, ONLY HIS WEALTH. And Stephanie refused to give me my copy of my rights. Despicable.
