He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and keeps current on new dental techniques and materials by taking many continuing education classes each year. Dr. Halper prides himself in his comfortable, family friendly office where patients become friends. Dr. Halper grew up in Southampton, PA. He continues to reside in Bucks County with his wife and son and their many pets."
