We try our utmost to treat the patients and their family members as if they were our own. At the initial consultation Dr. O'Neill takes the time to provide the patient and the family with as much information as possible in order for the family to make an informed decision. The 1st consultation is free. If the patient is not ready for treatment at that time, Dr. O'Neill invites them to return for periodic evaluations at no additional cost.
After each appointment, the patient, parent or care-giver is provided a personal, verbal update about the procedure. Our office communicates closely with the other professionals involved in each patient's treatment in order to eliminate confusion, anxiety and nervousness. The patient will never have to "guess" about what is happening next.
Although true "emergencies" are rare in the orthodontic world, there will be times when something does not feel quite right. If this happens while the office is closed, there is always an emergency contact number provided. You will be provided instructions on how to best handle the situation, or if it is a complicated "fix", Dr. O'Neill can often times make arrangements to meet at the office.
