Let me just start by saying that my husband has been a patient of Dr. Keel's for quite a long time. I don't know what has happened to customer service in the medical industry but I forwarn anyone that has a question for this office staff - its not worth the hassle, you can take your business elsewhere. The girl Angie that works in the office is a rude, condescending, unprofessional, immature CHILD. My husband called last week regarding making an appointment but had questions as far as services p

Had a root canal done and 4 months later the tooth began to cause pain. Was given an antibiotics and referred out. By Friday evening (after office had closed) the pain was unbearable. Called his office to discover there is no emergency number or answering machine. Sunday evening my face had began to swell into my eye socket and half of my nose. Monday morning they would not even see me..said he doesn't do that. If you have a procedure done here and it goes bad, you are on your own.
