I have been going to this office for almost a year and was never told they were “out of network” on my insurance. Just discovered I was double billed on my insurance and cannot do anything about it. Billed 2x for the same treatment that I did not even decide to continue. Now I need additional work and have nothing left on my insurance for the year. Basically out for money, no bedside manner whatsoever. Would never recommend to anyone.

Before going to Dr. Koumas I was too afraid of the pain so I didn't see a dentist for at least 10 yrs. I now see my dentist every six months without fear! Everyone at the office is super helpful, kind & genuinely care about your smile as well as your well being! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Koumas & his wonderful staff to everyone I meet as well as family!! Thank you Dr. Koumas for keeping my teeth in my mouth & a smile on my face??
