Dr Higbee filled a cavity when the xrays and another associate of his stated my daughter's tooth needed a root canal. He drilled the cavity and filled it in less than 5 minutes which is dangerous to the tooth. He sent her home with an infection and a tooth that needed a root canal. Two days later...more
