He botched the removal of a crown, compromising a root canal on that tooth that required 3 more root canals to save it. His referral performed 2 of the root canals which did not work. Being that it is just over 1 month that this remark was posted, I expect that this is a malicious remark made to discredit our business practice of excellent care for our patients. We like to work with patients; co-diagnosing and discussing what we have seen; and then refer to the appropriate specialist prior to commencing with the restorative phase of treatment. I practiced in Encino, CA from 1982-1984; which can be obtained from my profile. I will be looking into this matter further.

You will pay 50% more to have dental work done at this dentist. The service is not consumer friendly and had a very bad experience with the work that was complete. I would highly recommend choosing another dentist who will be more affordable and provide a better patient experience.

We make every effort possible to keep the lines of communication open, especially on the cost for services. It is our policy to give estimates for the cost of any procedure diagnosed. Even before the initial comprehensive examination, costs of treatment can be discussed and insurance benefits verified if we are given the chance. We hope you find your future dental visits to be more to your liking.
