Extremely rude manager. They charge your insurance incorrectly and when you try to explain, the manager is very unprofessional and raises her voice on you. Very disappointed. If you want unexpected charges, try this dental office. I’m a doctor (veterinarian) and run a practice too. Customer service is a key to a successful practice which this place is definitely missing! I ended up paying the bill just to end this unsatisfactory experience and don’t hear from them again.

He is very nice, professional, and his staff makes you feel at ease, I was very nervous. When he comes in he explain what's going on on in your mouth and what needs to be done. I like that about him, he is willing to work with you regarding your treatments. I like having a doctor with a sense of humor as well.

While the office has long been poorly organized and the staffs training (missed appointment, problems with the phones, 9 months and a dozen calls to get a mouthgaurd...) leave a ton to be desired, it was my visit three weeks ago, where I was misdiagnosed as not using a mouthgaurd correctly. A terrible infection that had me on my back for 4 days and visits with another (competent) dentist, who diagnosed an issue in 30 seconds) later and the problem is solved. I want more characters to complain.

Dr. Bonner and his staff are very friendly. He walked me through the whole procedure before he started, which made me feel comfortable. His staff also walked me through the insurance coverage and it was expensive but you get what you pay for. Excellent service can't wait for my next appointment.

I first went into the Bonner network in February of this year, and it has been an incredibly unpleasant experience ever since. After they recommended a host of procedures, I paid upfront for all the work to be done. Problems began after my second visit. They do shoddy work and refuse to take responsibility for it. DO NOT GO HERE!

My experience with the Bonner Dental Network was very bad. In 2014, I went in to have several cavities filled. Several weeks later, a big chunk of my tooth fell out. The tooth could not be salvaged, and had to be extracted. Because it was so far back, I was not a good candidate for an implant, and so I have an empty space in my mouth. It was clearly problematic for a dentist to fill a cavity and for the tooth to break into pieces in an otherwise healthy mouth
