Usually, I absolutely despise the dentist, but when I went to Dr. Lee's office, I generally had a good time. It was comfortable, calming, and Dr. Lee was especially friendly. He is an experienced dentist who does absolutely excellent work. He even makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Great dentist! I had chipped a tooth and desperately needed to go see someone. He took time out of his weekend to come see and give me a temporary. His work is high quality and quick. On top of that he’s friendly and relatable. In my opinion, the best dentist in Loudoun.

Dr. Lee recommended a few fillings that my old dentist didn’t recommend. He told me he recommended it because he wanted to take care of them before they became problems. That’s something I understand and appreciate. I’ve since moved after having them done and my new dentist told me they are really good fillings. She said they are anatomically correct and she doesn’t see that often. Even though I don’t live in Loudoun anymore, I definitely recommend anyone in the area go to see Dr. Le.

I truly feel Dr. Lee recommends only what I need and I trust him. The young woman who does my cleanings is really nice, but isn't pushy. I don't floss often and I never feel like I am getting a lecture.

They gave me a coffee mug, have toothbrushes- with toothpaste on them- in the bathroom, and everyone was really nice. I got a ton of reminders for my appointment, but I like that they text. It was cool to knock out 2 appointments in one place.

Dr. Lee is kind and his staff is helpful with benefits. My insurance denied several procedures but the office worked with them to get payment.

Dr. Lee is very thorough. I appreciate he explains what is going on in my mouth with the assistance of x-rays and photos. The hygienist who saw me first asked how if I liked a lot of detail or a bottom line, which I liked because I always have a lot of questions.

Dr. Lee is a fine dentist, and I would probably recommend him, but his billing staff is absolutely horrible. They mischarged me on EVERY visit and couldn't explain discrepancies between what I was billed vs what they submitted to my insurance company. My sister experienced the same thing, but didn't realize how much she was being over-billed until I sat down and went over her bills and insurance EOBs. On two separate occasions I had to take time off work to fix their billing mistakes in person.

Dr Lee is terrible. He makes up work that needs done on your teeth and overcharges for services. I have since gone to another highly recommended dentist who agreed that Dr. Lee's suggested treatment was completely uncalled for and it was probably used as a tactic to be profitable. DO NOT TRUST THIS DENTIST!

I had the best experience I have had in some time at Dr. Lee's office. Was able to feel comfortable with the process without the dreaded fear that usually creeps in when I have had other doctors. Bedside manner is great. Staff was very cheery and prompt and the office is very clean and pretty. Check these folks out!
