I have been a patient of Dr. Drake for 2 years now. She is a very nice lady. What I don't like the most is her assistant/ dental hygienist that has been working with her for the past two years. I have never seen her smile or even talk to you at all. Sometimes I think that she expects patients to be grateful that Dr, Drake is seeing them. I showed up at the exact time for my appointment and ended up waiting for another 30 mins without a single explanation. The equipment are so old & needs update

Office is cluttered and unorganized. Exam chair was dirty, old and worn. The receptionist (who was also the dental hygienist...I think?)- not prompt in answering questions and appeared irritated and distracted. She brought me back to the chair, had me set my purse on an old rolling cart, piled with old books, files, and magazines in the hallway while I sat in chair and took my x-rays. Dr. barely looked/cleaned. INACCURATE AND OUTDATED EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE. Most uncomfortable experience.
