Dr. Kyle and his entire staff has been wonderful, professional, and caring for our son. His experience with his braces could not have been better - including one issue over the weekend that Dr. Kyle was able to help us with very quickly. All three offices are beautiful and modern. Our son loves being a patient!

Dr. Kyle and his staff treat their patients with friendliness and professionalism. He has spoken with me at most visits through my sons journey through braces. He and his staff are always available to answer questions and never make you feel rushed. Great experience with a great doctor and staff!

We've had a GREAT experience with Dr. Fagala and his entire staff. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating with appointments. Dr. Fagala is extremely knowledgeable, honest and was great with my son during his treatment.. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any orthodontics.

Couldn’t be more pleased with Dr Kyle Fagala and the entire staff of Saddle Creek Orthodontics. He did an excellent job with my son’s “challenging” ortho case. Dr Fagala is a perfectionist in his work and it shows! He also genuinely cares about his patients. As a dental hygienist myself, I can and do highly recommend him!

Dr. Fagala, his wife, and staff are the best group of people I've met in the long time. In addition, he took extremely good care of my teeth and paid attention to every single detail! Getting my braces off was a bittersweet experience because I'm super glad to have them off, but I'm definitely going to miss the routine office visits! Thanks soooo much Saddle Creek Orthodontics!!!

The best experience thus far! The entire staff at both the Saddle Creek and Collierville locations are professional, friendly, and caring. They are also very respectful of our needs. The office in Collierville is phenomenal!! What a wonderful modernized design. My children and I were truly impressed. Dr. Fagala you are one of the best Orthodontist that I've encountered. My smile before Saddle Creek can be described in one word: embarassing. I realize many would say I'm going to extremes, but in my mind that's how I felt. I remember laughing at something and immediately covering my mouth with my hand to hide my smile. In all reality, it was a sad and devastating situation for me.
