I went for a regular cleaning but also had broken a filling/tooth. She seemed to do a good job with the cleaning and let me know that I would need a crown for the broken tooth and I don't doubt the diagnosis. However, the soonest available appt they could give me to start the crown work was 7 weeks later! When I questioned whether we could arrange something sooner due to the extent of the work the office manager was abrupt, rude in her response and told me that they would call me when they had a cancellation and said they have a list of people they call who are waiting for cancellations!? This situation was unacceptable so I went to another dentist a bit farther from home but whose office was able to do the work in a reasonable amount of time. I'm convinced I could have ended up with a root canal if I had waited for a cancellation. Interesting that they could fit me in as a new patient w/in 2 days of me calling but for the major, more serious work I would have to wait 7 weeks?

I have had nothing but positive experience with Dr Margariti. I?ve recommended her to friends and family already. She will treat your conditions the write way not just do the procedure that pays the most. I went to 2 dentists before her they said I needed a root canal but she said I didn?t need it and saved me money as well as the life of my tooth. I must say you can never find a dentist like that in Brooklyn. If you are looking for a dental doctor you will not find one better then her.
