Dr. Rogers was recommended by my dentist who informed me that tooth #13 had to go. Sadden by this, for I never had to have any of my teeth removed, the Dr. & staff at Rogers Center for Oral & Facial Surgery helped with all the anxiety behind it. It was a quick & relatively painless procedure, & my recovery time was all of 3 - 4 days. I was provided with all the feasible options in restoring my smile, after the area had healed, & I am glad Dr. Rogers was there to assist.

Dr. Rogers goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. I found him to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health.
Took my son to remove his wisdom teeth. Very clean office and caring staff. Dr. Rogers was very patient and professional.Would recommend to this office to other mothers with children needing a understanding Doctor.

Very poor new patient service! The wait time was ridiculous, there were no apologies for the delay, the assistants clearly were not properly trained and Dr. Rogers is not very attentive nor thorough! Also, they will bill your insurance for a totally different diagnosis than what you were given then threaten to take you to court! Check your billing & report descrepencies to your insurance company and the media consumer affairs would also like to know. I would NOT refer anyone to this practice.

Not a good experience at all. Both Dr. Rogers and Dr. Jimenez have absolutely no bedside manner if that's what you call it. There are many people that do not particularly care for dentist and oral surgeon like myself, these two provide no ease at all. It's unfortunate because the office itself is very nice but the service is horrible, If I could give them 0 stars I would. Beware and stay away from this OFFICE you will be highly disappointed.

The Dr. was okay he had a ton of excuses for his staff mistakes. Yes, mistakes happens to everyone but as a dentist and business owner you must apologize for you and your staff mistakes. The scheduler was rude when I called and the staff was even worst when I arrived. They're not friendly and nobody kept me abreast of what was going on and why I was waiting over an 1hr to see the doctor for literally 2mins. Appointment was at 10:00am I arrived at 9:35am I wasn't seen until 11:05 w/out an apology
I wouldn't recommend this dentist, horrible experience. The worst customer service! Dr. Does not do a very good job listening to his patients requests and needs, kind of does it his way and his way only. So if your looking for the neighborhood friendly dentist...don't go to his office. I'd go somewhere where you can be heard and treated like a customer! Respected not belittled! Still wishing his practice the best but change is needed Dr. Rogers (you know better you do better!)
