First of all I didn't like the treatment (across the teeth I still have cement) , Second your staff was very very rude, they don't know how to talk to patients. I was not trying to fight or anything, I was just asking questions & your staff (billing lady & front desk) told exact words if you want to pay just pay or leave and we are going to send for collections.... That is so rude..She told if you want to write review please do. That is not right way to talk with Patients.
It is our intention to treat each and every patient with the highest quality of care and professionalism, a trait for which we are very well known. Our team goes to great lengths to set expectations for treatment and the associated fees. As you agreed, our office provided treatment to resolve an issue from dental care received elsewhere which incurred a fee for our time and materials. While we sympathize that this was an unplanned expense, we are unable to provide those services at no cost.
