I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. I practiced at Small Smiles in Lynn for a very short period of time since I too was very dissatisfied with the operations of the practice. There was no such thing as an "appointment," but rather the patients that showed up were split between the four doctors that were present, with the office staff completely disregarding time for procedure and complexity.
