Top Notch!
I drive 4 hours round trip to Dr. Claustro’s office. It is well worth the trip! Each and every team member is genuinely caring, sincere, friendly and professional. Claudia and Julie are precise and efficient with scheduling appointments and taking care of billing through insurance. I struggle with anxiety going to any dentist. Dr. Claustro explains everything she is doing which is very calming for me. Maren was very patient with me! Each person knows their “job” and does it well! My appointment doesn’t “feel” like I’m going to the dentist! It’s more like a visit with friends!

Not really that knowledgeable
Went for a consultation, the dentist was confused on how to perforn simple dental procedure.....needless to say I went elsewhere, where the dentist had no problems with the procedure. Don't understand all those 5 star reviews if the dentist can't even perform a simple task.

Great Dentist!
Most recently my wife and I went in for routine cleanings. We have been seeing Dr Claustro for over 10 years and have followed her from her beginning practice in Manassas. Simply stated, we did that because we totally trust her judgement and advice. Dr Claustro surrounds herself with professional colleagues forming an outstanding team. About six months ago we relocated to SC and have since visited Dr Claustro's twice (I have perio maintenance quarterly). Now we are trying to locate a dentist in SC and Dr Claustro is helping us locate one that compliments her health and oral maintenance objectives. She is totally invested in her patients welfare and we have been blessed to have her and her team in our lives. Team Claustro is the best!

Dr. Claustro and her staff are the best! My family was among the first patients and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I had an allergic reaction to a treatment and Dr. Claustro called to check on me even though she was on vacation. That is Caring for a patient!

Best of the Best
Whenever I visit Joanna Claustro DMD for my cleanings and all my needs, I feel I'm surrounding by professionals that she has staffed. Everyone is very kind and most importantly my teeth feel like silk after Michelle has completed my cleanings. They also monitor my more challanging needs and only refer me to the best doctors for my paticular needs. I of course have to mention Audrey at the front office. My daughter recommended her and I’m so happy I left my old dentist. She’s caring, thorough and her command of state-of-the-art technology is amazing. Megan (awesome!) has always been my hygienist at this practice but today I was under Michelle’s care and it was a great experience! I was a little overdue for this cleaning. I felt self conscious as I am in adult braces and my oral hygiene routine isn’t what it used to be before ortho. Michelle was so supportive of my efforts and understanding of the real life struggles of orthodontics. I left feeling so motivated and my mouth feels amazing. Megan and Michelle are rockstars!! The whole practice is just good vibes. So professional, so personable and relatable. I love this practice.
